Underground Caverns Construction

Scope: Design-assist and construction of caverns for hydropower, utilities and storage.
Methods: Controlled excavation, shotcrete support, rock bolting and permanent linings.
Deliverables: Structural stability, drainage, permanent lining and ventilation systems.

Tunnel Excavation & Concrete Lining (LEAP-FROG method)

Scope: Road and water conduits including complex alignments and variable geology.
Method specifics: Sequential excavation with immediate support; Leap-frog lining sequence to increase productivity.
Quality controls: Geological mapping, rock mass classification, in-situ instrumentation and lining QC.

Vertical Shafts & Raise Excavation (Raise Climber / Arkbro)

Slip Form Shaft Concreting
